During collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Within Canada

Estimated delivery times:

• Ontario: 2-5 business days
• Other Canadian provinces: 3-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly / accurately at checkout.

Silver Oryx Jewellery is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility from delivery lies with the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
