Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Returns
Eligible returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Earrings
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Silver Oryx Jewellery is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
